This experience was very helpful to me because I was working at the heart of the organization and learned exactly how everything works. I saw all projects and got an excellent overview of the mechanisms and dynamics of Voluntario Global and the project centers. The team of VG is incredibly friendly, easy-going and provides a very enjoyable work atmosphere. The VG team is committed, genuine and eager to make volunteers happy and help them to have a productive experience. What a great time I had in BA with VG! It was definitly the right decision.
