Program description
 
This organization is an NGO that promotes sustainable development through the generation of programs and tools to make community projects and institutions stronger and to promote the practice of responsible consumerism
 
Furthermore, the NGO is part of the RTR (Responsible Tourism Network) and other institutions that develop economic and social activity under the responsible sustainability parameters.

  
Volunteers Tasks
 

 
  • To collaborate with the daily tasks: communications, marketing, research and administration, among others.
  • To actively participate in any meeting and seminars that the organization takes part in and collaborate with materials and presentations.
  • To accompany visiting staff from other NGOs, institutions or companies that are related to the RTR.
  • To take part in the visits to schools in order to help promoting “recycling” and other topics related.

Availability


Monday to Friday, in the afternoon. This program is available all year round.

Local coordination


Juan José, director of this NGO, is who coordinates the volunteers. According to their interests and abilities, he will assign different tasks to help in the office and outside as well.

Key information


This program allows you to experience and learn all about the work of professionals, public and private, national and international entities who work in areas of social and environmental responsibility in Argentina.Those with an interest in sustainable development and environmental studies will also find a perfect place to learn and help.

Location and first day at work


The office of the NGO is in the center of Buenos Aires. Depending on the activities chosen by the volunteer, they might also be working work outside the office visiting some other projects.The first day, the coordinator will show volunteers all the different projects and activities the NGO does and their schedule will be established.
